Congratulations Aunty Cat and Greg! Other Kids and Turkeys

Aunty Cat and Greg have a new addition! Charles (Chaz) Russel? Black was born on February 6th! No pictures so far, but soon!

We have had a wonderful month? couple weeks? Daddy finally got into the computer room. This month we have had many visitors! Grandma and Grandpa came and babysat for us, Sofia and Emma came over for playdates, and Foster came over to hang out for a while!

Blake is walking (poorly)! Exponentially increasing the chance of head bonking, but he gets better with every step! Of course, he doesn't walk when we have the camera out.

Load Up (Danae's First Title)

We had a wonderful couple of weeks! Blake is sleeping through the night (sometimes) and Danae started dance class!

Bebop has started taking steps! he looks a little drunk when he does it, but they keep getting longer and longer. Soon nothing will be safe....

Legos and Pixos are a big hit. Whenever Blake goes down for a nap, we hurry and pull out the things that are easily ingestable. We build cars and houses with Legos, then we switch to Pixos (the little balls that go on to templates to make puppies or snails, then you spray the balls with water and they stick together...will try to take a picture or something...).

Of course we had to get another air matress (thanks aunty jen?). Of course now it's double dangerous, but we got to blow off that winter energy.

Danae has been super helpful shovelling the driveway and scraping off the cars.

I really have no idea what this is a picture of. I asked Danae and she said it was her skin.

Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!

Daddy finally got into the computer room! Yay! We had a wonderful Christmas (Little Man didn't sleep so good on Christmas Eve, so the morning was a little rough)! We saw everybody and did everything.
Danae had her annual sinus infection, and just as it was clearing up, Bebop joined in with an ear infection. I guess he felt left out. Seems like we have had the pink medicine in our fridge for ever...












We actually had real pictures taken at Sears (hopefully see them very soon) in our Christmas outfits.

Mommy is going to try an erase this one (she hasn't seen it yet) so get a copy of this while you can! Post it on facebook! Merry Christmas.

Happy Thanksgiving!

We have had an excellent couple of weeks! Blake is crawling (though, mostly Daddy is walking him around) and even cruising a little! Danae is looking forward to Christmas, and everything we want we have to "ask Santa for". Daddy got a promotion, but now has to drive back down to Lakeside mall (where we used to live). It's a long drive!

Thanksgiving at the GG's was splendid, as ever. Apparently, Foster and Danae are going to put out a Christmas album.

It's been cold out. Not winter cold, but cold enough to try to find activities inside. Now we make forts out of couch cushions (or "sports" as Nae calls them). Everything is fine, until the Blakeasaurus shows up and wrecks the sport, then we rebuild it!

Nae has been all about how things get made: "Do people build houses? How do you make chips? How do you make ice cream?..."
...How did you get that all over your face?

We are putting the Christmas tree together today! Wish us luck!

Happy Birthday Kaine, Happy Halloween and "Filling The Living Room With Water"

Happy Birthday Kaine!
And Happy Halloween (about 2 weeks late)! Daddy finally was able to get into the computer room. We had a wonderful couple of weeks! We carved pumpkins, Mommy and Daddy ate all the pumpkin seeds and Danae had no problem getting into trick or treatin' this year.






Foster was the cutest alligator ever!

Matt and Amy came to our Halloween party too! And they brought R2-D2!

Blake almost went as an evil kangaroo. You can tell how pleased he was with this outfit, so instead we had a....

... swarm of bees!

So every morning, Danae comes into Daddy's room and says "Daddy, it's morning! Can you get dressed and make me breakfast?". The other morning she comes in and says "Daddy, can you fill the living room with water?"

"What?"

"Can you fill the living room with water?"

"Why?"

"So I can float around! Can you?"

"Fill the living room with water?"

"Yes!"

"No! All the water would go everywhere! Did you have a dream or something?"

"Yes. Can you fill the living room with water?"

For 45 minutes this went on...

Apples, Pumpkins and Football!

We had a wonderful week (since everyone has gotten over their colds). We went apple-picking, picked out pumpkins, and went to Kaine's football game! And that was one day!

Blake is sleeping through the night (almost). Not only is he rolling over, but yesterday he pulled himself up into both a sitting position and a standing one too!

Danae has been skipping naps on a regular basis. Can you tell?
